So, what are the basics? How do I get hold of these mods? How do I get them into my game (I'm a 360 user) etc? Any info would be much appreciated.

This is exactly how I read a post like this: "Hey, nice to meet you all, but I am a total lazy bastard that can't read. I see you have pinned topics touching on subjects I want to know about, but my god, they are at least 5 pages long, and I just don't want to invest the time to read all that. Also, it's just basic stuff I want to know, and of course there won't be thousands of hits on the basics of Xbox 360 hacking on Google. I mean really, can you really believe that that kind of info would be on Google of all places? Surely not. So could someone just spoon feed me all of the info to me. Lol Just browse through all the pinned threads in this section. Trust me, you can basically get a walkthrough by just reading the guys go back and forth.

I'd suck it up, and consider my 8 post a loss, and make a new account with a very different name, and try again with a fresh start lol. I've been in your shoes, and anxious to learn anything I can when I see things like this, but like they've mention above, take a few moments, read around, google a bit, and then if you still can't wrap your head around it we may can help you. A lot people on here have been modding this game, and making the process easier for us for YEARS, and have done it without asking for any form of money, or payment. My very first post I pointed out exactly how I read posts like yours, nothing more, not my fault you went and got butthurt, because the truth hurt. If anything, my post should have been a huge help to you, at least maybe help you hide some of your glaring attributes, such as laziness, etc. But then you had to start the personal attack, and call ME a keyboard warrior, that's when I knew you had things to hide ... Because it's the same old story, you need to realise something there are those of use who have been been modding the game for years, we learnt everythng by ourselves, nobody taught us anything we just did it. We are now 3/4 years on from the SVR2010 hack that Brienj did and since then there has been numerous tutorials on the web, be it here WLF or OSR, or any other website for that matter. People no longer lack the ability to read and would rather ask how to do it than learn themselves, hell Brienj has made it even easier with his tools yet people still fail at using them because they don't read or lack the ability to work at it. With Brienj making tools that were exclusive to the 360 users and nothing for the PS3 guys how do you think I modded the PS3 version? I read and learnt. I learnt to read HEX , I ripped the game and studied the files working out what did what and what contained what, I downloaded modded 360 files and reverse engineered them so I could see what was changed and where. So you can imagine after finding all this information out and then someone comes along and pretty much asks to be spoon fed it annoys you! A also learnt that Brienj was'nt a complete asshole lol

There are a TON of sites that having TONS of tutorials on the basics of Xbox 360 hacking, like 360Haven, se7ensins, xpgamesaves, etc. although most touch on subjects I don't care for, like cheating online and stuff. There are also forums like XeNTaX that cover THE basics of game hacking and modding, for ALL platforms, but this forum itself also has tutorials specifically for the WWE games, and if they wanted to broaden the horizons to include everything for the Xbox 360, or even the PS3, then I could have posted a link to one of the tutorials about that here, but still would have felt the exact same way about what I posted.
