XHP Caw Editor won't open on Windows 8 (Tried everything)

I downloaded the latest version of XHP Caw Editor 2.3.1.0, extracted it onto my folder, double-click it, won't even run.

What I tried:

1.) Changed screen resolution (Doesn't work)

2.) Changed the compatibility to all the OS's. (Doesn't work)

3.) Run as admin (Doesn't work)

I downloaded this in the past when I had Windows 7 and it ran without a problem, however, with Windows 8, it won't run. Is it even compatible with this OS?

You might want to try it on Mac OSX.

Oh, so it's not compatible with Windows 8 yet? Damn... I knew I shouldn't upgrade it. Windows 8 has been causing problems for me lately. It's even worst than the Vista. I can't even use Skype properly either. I don't get notification from calls lol and now this. Thanks for the answer, guys. I guess I'll just downgrade to Windows 7.

Instructions? Sorry, I don't recall seeing any instructions for Windows 8 or anything related to this problem. I went to the 360Haven website where the mod is located for download, press "CTRL + F", type in "Windows 8", and it didn't show up for me. Would you mind if you lead me to this instruction you're talking about? Million of thanks.

I was going to spoon feed it, but I am totally done doing that. You know it doesn't work, and it's not going to work, even if you knew how to read, so no point in pointing out what to read.
