Can editing a CAW cause an Xbox live console ban?

I want to start editing my CAWs, doing things like editing their trons and renders, but i am cautious of whether i could get the console i am using banned from xbox live because of it.

Could this happen?

I am especially cautious as the xbox does not belong to me.

With texture mods ? On it no only thing they will

Do is delete it sometimes cuz I've could not

Find some before when they were there.

If the moveset is hacked yes, but all they'll do is mainly remove stuff. But I dunno since THQ isn't in charge 2K may have a different attitude towards that.
