brienj Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 The evtgdhd.pac file I presume. Is that right? If so, you will notice replacing already ZL compressed files is somewhat of a challenge, because they have those files compressed very well, and if your replacement texture has more detail, you will never compress it as much. The best you can do is fiddle around with it, and sometimes you have to replace a texture with one that is 75% the size of the original. Quote

brienj Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 i was editing the MnLaySD Well, was the file originally a ZL compressed file? That's usually when you will have problems, but like I said, there are things in the program to help get around those things sometimes. Like decompress/compress + rebuild, etc. Sometimes you either have to lower the detail of the replacement texture, or just resize it smaller, and 75% is usually enough. Quote
