Realistically it does need a few tweaks and I honestly don't see how you can say to people download it then speak when you never even included any such download info to even do as such. It would be best to accept honest feedback so you can truly create a Great looking caw but at current it's probably a nice base point to build upon. I would say the body morphing needs help as does some of the face details.

I would use this for reference on his face:

Then I'd mess with his hair and all once you get that nailed down a bit. Also I would scrap the boots on the pink attire and change them to a shoe as you can clearly see they shine through on the pants in the first attire shot which looks bad to be honest.
