Capture Card problems. Potentially resolvable?

To cut a long story short, I'm having Cap Card issues. For some reason, the software I was using with it stopped working and now after reinstalling, all I get is an extremely choppy, low quality image as you can see below!

The card i'm using is a reasonably old one and so I was wondering if anybody has the same one and can tell me which software they use, along with any settings it may have so that I can get mine working again.

It's a Hauppauge wintv pvr pci ii. I know that this card can capture Pal 60 rather well because It's done it before! And I can't explain what went wrong with the software because it just kinda died.

If anyone can help, that'd be awesome. I'm trying to get some new creations previewed and at the moment this Cap Card issue is putting a massive block on things!

Have you uninstalled it then try a reinstall? Only thing I can think of ;; Here's a link to their support page if you want to ask there.

@Spyder.. it's okay! basically, the software i was using updated itself (via an auto update service) and the new update just doesn't have support for my card. all i had to do was downgrade and tweak a few settings and I have to say, the quality is better than it was previously!
