How to extract arena textures?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm creating a few old arenas that some people request me, but I want to get for example this ring texture from SVR 2011's Breaking Point arena

Can the apron textures be extracted with X-Packer?

Thanks in advance

Simple anser yes, I believe they are in the 190.pac file. Although I've never been able to get textured arenas to work for WWE13....

Thanks for the info

I don't want to hack old arenas into the game, I just want the aprons of them to use in CAA

Then extract them....from the 190,pac file which is located in a bg pac file...

If someone extracts the arena textures can you share them with me? I really want them.

I released the PAC extractor, why does nobody use it?

Not sure, I do he just mentioned Xpacker so I told him which archive to look in. Just a question while we are on the subject of your extractor will you add additional support for 2007/2008/2009 and LOWM?? or will it just be for the later games in the series?

I saw your PAC extractor first, but I don't have a credit card to register at Xentax

It should already work for those. If it doesn't, maybe I am thinking about my PAC Archiver, which supports EVERY SvR and WWE game, including LOWM, as well as other Yukes games, like Rumble Roses, UFC, and Wrestle Kingdom. All Xbox 360 versions of course, and it MAY work for PS2 type games, but not sure.

All I can say, is that you should work on getting an account there, as well as everyone else, you never know what may happen today or tomorrow ...

I think you were thinking about your archiver as the extractor does not work for 2010 either :)

Hmm, are you sure about that, because I remember testing it on SvR2010? It must be a certain pac file that won't work, because I know I tested it back to SvR2010, and it was working for every pac file I tried.

Just tried ti on several arena pac files and receive the 'error parsing file error', It's not a big problem since Quick BMS also does the trick in extracting it's just not as handy in renaming the files correctly :)

How I can decompress the bg.pac file?

You will need to find 'xbdecompress' from the XBOX360 SDK.

Or use my PAC Extractor or PAC Archiver, both of them will decompress the PAC files for you. My PAC Archiver will also recompress the pac file for you, if you save it as compressed.
