a question about online playing

If i have a modded xbox and i buy a original wwe 13 and play online i will get banned ? I searched a lot over google some ppl saying yes and some ppl are saying no

Depends. If you're running a dual nand, it's possible to go on Live without your system being banned. I may be corrected, but I'm assuming it's much the same as with PS3. They're not checking the game that you're running is copied. They send system checks to your console, and modded consoles are flagged.

By modded, do you mean flashed(ie can play burned games) or JTAG?

If flashed, then you can even go online with a burned copy of WWE '13, there will always be a risk of you getting banned, but not that big of one. If JTAG, no, HELL NO. Never can you go online with a JTAG NAND and not expect to get banned, oh I don't know, fking immediately!!.

I don't know, but I think there is as the system(well, not the system, the drive) is still 'modded'.

I already tried live and didn't get banned so i will buy xbox live gold and start playing but if i get banned the flashed system will be gone right so i have to flash it again ?

No, they system will be banned from Live. It'll still work.
