The Tutorials that several folks have provided on this forum and others work just great being provided that you follow them and have a basic understanding of how certain tools and such work and you don't screw up the formatting .... I've heard people complain this tutorial doesn't work or makes this or that freeze and yet countless others use the exact same tutorials right down to the very last letter and have no freezes anywhere. Paint Tool tutorial and etc etc work just fine

Not blaming Miztah for that,not at all,after all we're supposed to be helping each others at making the games better and getting stuff that should've been in the game to begin with,but there should always be those asses who'll ruin everything for everyone! :dunno

I used to do plenty of mods in the past,heck I'll enjoy every single seconds of the time of hard works I'll do,I even nearly failed my national exams because of my curiosity and desire to read,search then change things at my own pace,but,in the end,one can get tired of it just because of other people mistakes :dunno

I mean,Koolgus,you said even if you'll work one day a mod that would take hours and hours of your days,share it and then someone take every single credit for it and claim it his,you won't care.Think of it in this way then ; You're an artist.You composed a whole song,lyrics and instruments.I steal it from you,And get all the fame and all the credits for it.Won't you be mad? :closedeyes:

All a modder can ask for is some credit.Some mention.You can share anyone work,as long as you gives em credits,and,I bet modders would be happy seeing how much their work is getting shared and how much people do like it.

(If I ever get enough free time,I hope I'll goes back and see if I lost my touch or not in the modding world,I so wanna contribute here with you guys!!Keep the good work! )

Well thank you, I appreciate the complement coming from you as I know you have high standards Honestly, I spent hours on the paint tool making my first... three arenas I think it was... In Your House, NWA and a WLF arena, as well as a good three-four hours in a few sittings making a logo I never used...

And I still think it stands up to anything that has been textured and uploaded, but I digress... Without the opportunity to use your tool, my quality wouldn't be possible. So I thank you for that.

I know that when we got the chance to use your tool, it came as a complete shock and pleasant surprise. Being on the system I'm on, I don't expect any retail stuff. The point being that I shouldn't EXPECT any work around, so I don't. It should be the same for everyone else. I'm sure the second the game is released, guys like you Brien and Pur3 and Arjun must get messages asking when you're going to release tools for it. That's not right. If we get the chance to use any tool made by you guys, it should be at your pace and your terms.

This pretty much confirms that I'll never be releasing any of my work. Oh, and I absolutely love seeing people who I've never seen one single mod from actually supporting this guy or saying Raza had it coming--you know, the people who can't do shit for themselves and constantly rely on people like him for help. It's mindblowing really.

This all just gives me a huge sense of where brienj's coming from when he decided to stop doing anything with '13 and not release what he had. Granted, anyone with half a brain would know his programs are his programs, but with mods it's different. Again, sorry to hear about this, Raza.
