delete Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 Sorry man but this look just like a normal RVD cut to me! There is a difference it's just not massive, have you got any feedback or suggestions? Quote
delete Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 Also (1min work) If that's a 1 minute work then you wouldn't mind telling me how you did it huh? Quote

delete Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 I think this one looks better Original Rob Van Dam: Rob Van Dam Render 1.0: Rob Van Dam Render 2.0: Quote
delete Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 Can anyone tell me which Rob Van Dam render looks better? 1.0 or 2.0? Quote
Alex™ Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 Sorry man! But the only thing that you're doing here is just add a skin color effect (Dragan Effect i believe) to it, it's doesn't look cartooned.....So overall it's doesn't look like a WWE'13 Render! Quote

Yeah I do use the Dragan Effect, how can I give it a more cartoony effect? What kind of tools should I use? Edit: And thanks for the feedback man, you're the only one that's given me constructive advice. Edited March 17, 2013 by Nazza Quote
delete Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 (edited) Does anyone know how to add a cartoon effect to a render? I think what I have is decent but if I add a cartoon effect it will look a lot better and realistic. Edit: And @DancyHercules3 or anyone, I know they don't look like WWE '13 renders but which render from above looks better, render 1.0 or 2.0? If I'm going to make any more progress I need one of those to work on and I can't decide which looks better. Edited March 17, 2013 by Nazza Quote
delete Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 (edited) Ver 1 i think better Thanks man, I feel like I'm getting close, I just really need to know know to apply a cartoon effect like HotavioH or Judders. Edit: Does anyone else think that V1 is better? Edited March 17, 2013 by Nazza Quote

delete Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 I really can't see! Can't see what? A difference? If that's the case then just pick a number, 1 or 2 and I'll go with that. I trust your choice Alex. Quote
WFMashUpz Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 Edited a render of swagger and applied some effects. I don't like the wwe.com render Before/After: Quote
Alex™ Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 Edited a render of swagger and applied some effects. I don't like the wwe.com render Before/After: Nice edit man! But i think the edited version look too pixelated! Quote
WFMashUpz Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 It's because I applied some smart sharpen on it. But i'll need to resize it if I'm gonna put it into my game, so I think there's no problem Quote
WFMashUpz Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 I can't get the right effect on Topaz Clean to make it look accurate, so I only use Adjust. Quote
Alex™ Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 I can't get the right effect on Topaz Clean to make it look accurate, so I only use Adjust. Inbox! Sir, hope it helped you! Quote
Mathayus Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 (edited) I think this one looks better Original Rob Van Dam: Rob Van Dam Render 1.0: Rob Van Dam Render 2.0: The original looks better, man. LOL I suggest you that use first the contrast, then, desaturate. Now you can use the dodge tool for the skin. Now you can go to the topaz clean and try to get the cartoon effect. This is a basic things that you can do. I used some more things before and later. For now, HotavioH are doing a amazing work, the white border looks great in that last render. I can't get the right effect on Topaz Clean to make it look accurate, so I only use Adjust. Good, I like it. Now you need the white border. Edited March 17, 2013 by Mathayus Quote
Mathayus Posted March 17, 2013 Posted March 17, 2013 You added the white border? I can notice the border but it needs to be in a black background. Quote
