If you use DLC tittles in storylines, is fan axess still needed to be able to download that story? Or if you make a custom tittle with the design of a DLC tittle and use it in a storyline, is fan axess still needed to be able to download that story?

If it's DLC then you need to have the DLC on your console, no matter if its a title or Superstar.
