Is there a color converter for color tool from RGB colors?

Hi, its a long shot but I still want to ask this. is there a color converter somewhere where we could enter RGB / HEX color values and they would be converted to WWE 13 color tool which would give X and Y and shade values?

personally for me it is difficult to get the color right to recreate the caws with clothes that I actually own I'd rather take a picture take a sample tool and get the color code and conert it to wwe 13 format.

I dont know about a tool for that but I don´t think nobody needs a tool for that. You´ll have to do it like the rest of the people do.
