I noticed amazing quality logos, nobody can paint that good

I'm on ps3, I searched for WCW 1999-2000 logo and WCW mayhem logo.

I found them and those logos are soooo nice so detail. There's no way anyone could have done it with the paint tool. its like an image imported into the game.

is that actually possible somehow? on jailbroken consoles?
