How to import mods from computer to PS3?

I've read some stuff about importing stuff to the PS3 but I still don't understand 100%. So if anyone can show me a tutoriol or just explain how it's done and the stuff you need to be able to import it, i'd really appreciate it.

Do you need to jailbreak the PS3? If you update firmware 3.55, does online still work? How does importing effect the PS3 & Playstation Network?

But i've seen attire & face textures on the community creations, how have they imported the textures?

If what you're saying is true, then f*ck THQ for not puting more attires & shirts in the game or not even puting attires & shirts like Punks GTS shirt & Cenas Rise Above Cancer on DLC.

They are not mods, they are in a PT file.

And about Punk's GTS shirt & Cena's Rise Above Cancer are not DLCs, we can't blame them, it's not there fault.

Understand ya' but EA update stuff weekly for FIFA, like shoes that just have come out and yet EA update them to FIFA, why can't THQ do the same for WWE '13 with shirts?

Shoes and Shirts are totally different bro, but let me ask you. What if EA update players Jersey's, face, hair, look,......etc. daily for one single game. Then who will bother buying the next year game of it.
