Zema Ion rough draft feedback more than welcome

Stepping outta my comfort zone to try some different things so ...heres zema ion

i need some great reference pics if anyone has em

Zema is a pretty boy, this kind of looks like some hobo afflicted with gigantisism. I'd reduce a lot of "ridges" such as the brow and smooth out the jaw while giving it a squared look.

I'd also make his eyes a little bigger to give him that "cute" look. These are just suggestions though. I'd try and source a high res face texture to slap on him too - will do wonders.
