Help For downloading CAW

Ive downloaded everything from the wwe shop and it wont let me download a NickBreaker caw. Anyone else got this problem? I have fan axxess and everything else. It tells me to download content form the shop which i have done. Its the Roman Reigns CAW.

Yes ive managed to get it sorted now, its terrible how they have not managed to clean up community creations, i just redownloaded all of my dlc and exited the menu screen and went to start up, i can download them now.
