KREATIV Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 Pretty much. LOL Is your program for models from older games, if I want to add some models from older games as dlc do I need xlast, could that work? Quote

There is a lot more involved than just creating a DLC package with the model in it. Also, ALL older models are not compatible with WWE'13, this includes even WWE'12, which "works", but the head is totally messed up. They've totally redesigned the models this year, and until I add the ability to make WWE'13 models (or someone else figures it out as well), you can't properly add any older models to WWE'13. Quote

Sucks, but is interesting, to hear. Does the same go for parts of older models? Like, say I wanted to add Ryder's hair from 09 to his '13 model, or the Druid's robe from 2011 to Undertaker, or Knox's beard from 2011 to Daniel Bryan's '13 model--are things like that doable? I get that the whole skeleton structure of the models aren't compatible (at least not initially), but are the parts themselves also essentially useless? Quote

How about adding WWE13 Models into older games? Quote
brienj Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 How about adding WWE13 Models into older games? I won't be making any functionality to do that. Move on, and play the newest game, leave the old ones in the dust where they belong. The only older game in the series that compared to the quality of the newest one, was SvR2007, and there are problems with using the tricks in my new program. You still have to update arc files, and you would have to rebuild the actual pac container to be larger in another program, as my program will NOT allow making the pac files any bigger, as to make sure that all mods are compatible with each other and use the same arc file as the stock game. Otherwise, you'll have no consistency between mods, and people would have to constantly update their arc files, which can be a mess if you don't keep a good record of everything you do. But my program will allow you to rebuild the pac files so they retain their same size and work in the newer games, and SvR2007 is not compatible with pac files made with my program, which means that I am only going to focus on WWE13, because SvR2008 through WWE13, were each a progressive improvement over the one before, with WWE13 being the best. I don't care how many models or animations you added to a version like SvR2008, it would still suck donkey dick. Extra models do NOT make a certain version of the game play any better. It just makes you feel all good inside, because you can see two certain wrestlers in your game, but does NOTHING for the actual gameplay. None of the games prior to WWE13 actually have a better gameplay system in them, other than SvR2007, and I've explained why making mods for that version, won't be happening with my new program. I only work on the best gameplay system currently moddable, and that's WWE13. If you want to work on an older game, and mod it, you are on your own, and find someone else, I am not the guy. Quote

I understand what you sayin, its not that I prefere older games, but I would like to have dream roster,It's at the top of my priorities, and I think I´m not the only one, just hope that import from wwe12 into wwe13 works somehow at least for Macho Man.
