It was told me that i should fix the alpha in my Mods.

I saw in the forum that i should turn off the RGB channels and turn on the alpha channel.I have done that and when i choose in game the charecter that i have modded(in this case john cena) the game freeze.

Can someone help me?

Well... the 000A doesn't looks like this.... (If I'm sure)

It's a mask like that:

even when you open it with photoshop?

ok all I do is copy the colors.dds and paste it into the alpha channel then I go into image\adjustment\brightness & contrast, then darken it down to around the same as the original... then save as DXT5 ARGB 8bpp | interpolated alpha\ generate MIP maps 4

To edit the alpha we edit the normal.dds right?

For for example take the words "cenation" on cena´s armbrand

i copy the color.dds, then open the normal.dds file.

Then go to channels, click on the alpha channel, and press ctrl+v,then go to image\adjustment\brightness & contrast and turn all to dark, then just save in the format that draven said.

This it was how i did and worked perfectly :)

If you dont understand just tell me that i try to explain of other way

I think that it looked weird cause you can see the mask and over the texture. Like in the first picture that IamcrazyPts put before with the cenation logo in the armband. I had this error the first time I made a mod cause i only edited the texture, but if you edit the mask and the texture don´t match you can see the mask down the texture.

Nice grammer.

That´s normal cause here are people form other countrys that don´t speak english as the mother language.

This will be a much easier process, once I get model exporting and importing finished in my program and finally can release it.
