Prerequisites are knowing your HEX, knowing the 32-bit multiple write command and having immediate access to encryption. I didn't use the slus to find them, but I know know that they're under the g_save data label. If you look under that label in the slus, all you'll find is a load of 00000000's. They're all data that's loaded in, rather than instructions that the game uses. Let's just say I was stabbing in the dark and didn't stop until I found them, 'cause I knew they were there.
