If you are on a non-retail system, as he is describing for these hacks, why are you worried about the moveset? The only people worried usually, are those on retail, that want to use the DLC movesets, but when they aren't properly unlocked, which is ONLY possible by getting the actual DLC on retail, there is no point to using the moves from the DLC.
