EDIT: Now I think i understood.... You dont wanna to see Post match highlights, right?

There isn't an disable option.... But You can skip them pressing Start

LOL.... I got that only when i didn't bought my External HD.... Then it works... Dont work with the internal HD or with USB Devices

Yeah you can, there is an option to disable them in the pause menu while in a match. The settings is per match type, so you have to change it for each and every match type you play, and I think it was 84 different match types, the last time I counted.
