He was doing the move exactly like the game, but only recently changed how he does it. That's not the fault of the game, and they actually got it pretty damn close.

Recently? I think he only did the move this way on his debut match against Tyson Kidd

Well, recently is relative. At the time that the developers were getting the motion capture, he was doing it that way, and that didn't necessarily count his matches on RAW or Smackdown. This is including house shows, etc.

He probably changed it in real life, because someone said it was too much like Jerry Lynn's Craddle Piledriver, and the game probably has it more like the Craddle Piledriver, because they had the Craddle Piledriver as an animation in the game already, but he was doing it the way that is in the game for a while until he changed, and I actually like the old way better. He may have changed it when he faced Brodus Clay, and it was easier to get that big ass up in the air by doing it the modified way, and then someone on WWE's staff told him to keep doing it that way.

Remember, he performed in many house shows, and in FCW, or I guess they call it NXT now, before he showed up on the main TV shows. ;)
