fufu ÷ Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 (edited) Yep that's right, this Sara Del Rey caw can do exactly what she's done for most of her career; fight men. A follower of mine linked me to a hacked template and I was more than willing to turn it into an SDR caw unlike any other. She's uploaded now, found by searching JUFU. My gamertag is deanymoose, and my SDR last year was featured by Smacktalks too. Unfortunately this year people seem to have leeched off what I did last year in terms of morph, but have put up some pretty lousy attire attempts, so hopefully this caw will rectify the lazy efforts put forth by others and give the SDR that people deserve. Spyder78 Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 She makes one sexy ass shemale that's for damn sure lol Quote
fufu ÷ Posted January 4, 2013 Author Posted January 4, 2013 (edited) wow, that's fucking gay as shit. I may just upload this on request then, and then go ahead and delete it afterwards. Honestly for a company on it's knees, THQ are really trying hard to kick themselves in the dick. Also, damn Spyder, you get crazier with age, man. Edited January 4, 2013 by kreay fufu Quote
Aussie-Kat Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 My gender hacked CAWs are still there. So far so good! Quote

Reys Left Knee Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 I made a quarter of my roster gender hacks I can't upload them though because everytime I do THQ takes it down Quote
brienj Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 (edited) I hack the game a lot, and I have yet to understand this obsession people have for gender hacks. No point in them ... Only female wrestler it even makes sense for, is Kharma, and possibly Beth Phoenix. Women should not be wrestling men, and if you think I'm sexist, I just don't live in the world of unicorns and leprechauns. It's not even realistic, even in the world of professional wrestling, in which you suspend your disbelief. Even back when Chyna wrestled men, it was dumb, because each of the men she fought could kill her if they wanted. Useless hack is useless. P.S. There is a reason that the fastest person in the world is a man. The strongest person in the world is a man. Etc. Women are just NOT built like men, and they never will be. Men, especially men that are already exceptional athletes in pro wrestling, would always destroy a woman, and why you do not see women in pro football, pro hockey, etc. Edited January 5, 2013 by brienj 2 Quote
Aussie-Kat Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 But.. It's a game? If someone wants to make their CAW be the best wrestler in their game then why should they be restricted? A skinny little guy couldn't take on Kane and Undertaker in a handicap match and expect to live in real life yet how many nerds have their CAW take them out? Video game land is the land of unicorns and leprechauns - it's the escape from reality that is their charm. 1 Quote

Why would you WANT to do that in the first place? Do you wish you could kill babies in the game? No, because it's not something a normal person would even want to do. I can kind of understand why women would want to, so they could feel as strong as men, but I really don't get the men that want to do it, and they have some deep issues I think ... I do play as women in games like MK or Tekken, etc., but in those games, they ARE in a fantasy world setting. WWE13 on the other hand is a reflection of real life wrestling, and I have zero desire to even want to match up a male wrestler against a female wrestler. Edited January 5, 2013 by brienj Quote
Aussie-Kat Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 I think it's more people don't like having freedoms in a fictional setting being limited by others personal opinions. I know I can't beat up Undertaker in real life, but my CAW can in a game for fun. I don't ever want to hit anyone with a chair or kendo stick in real life ever, whether they're male or female, but within a game it's fine. I don't think many actual women beaters are wasting their time on WWE nor would they be satiated with pressing some buttons to cause pixel collision on screen. Quote
brienj Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 (edited) This whole female vs. male wrestling thing is why I hate the Attitude Era. The Attitude Era made wrestling so much worse in many ways, and this is one of them. The Attitude Era ruined men vs. men and women vs. women only matches, it ruined chair shots, etc. where you now have to hit someone a million times with a chair shot to "hurt" someone now. It ruined jobber matches, so now you get to see well established stars get jobbed out to other well established stars on EVERY show, and not just the PPVs, so the stars may as well all be mid-carders or worse now. There is a long list of things it ruined, but I'll stop there. Just writing this is making me sick ... Edited January 5, 2013 by brienj Quote
SeriouslyBDCoan Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 Sara Del Rey is an Athlete ... and a very good one at that, so yeah it is a little silly that the lines can be blurred. But we can assume that well because this is WWE product .. they are selling something that mirrors there TV product.. An MMA Bout is a completely different story lol But in saying all that, theres nothing wrong with watching a womens athlete as skilled as Del Rey or Eagles or who ever you want to name, wrestling against a male athlete in a pure wrestling match... because we all know what wrestling is...its about skill and athleticism... but yeah totally not interested in watching hardcore matches men vs women... allthough i have alot of respect for people like LuFisto for doing so wow.. im bored lol Quote
Aussie-Kat Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 Lol forget suspending belief for Chyna fighting blokes, what about Mae Young and that other extinct dinosaur jumping in the ring to fight young men. The whole thing is a JOKE and fiction and meant to be entertaining. Quote

I remember as a kid getting excited if there was a match on SuperStars of Challenge that involved two big name wrestlers, because it didn't usually happen. Back in the day, a chair across the back would end a match. Now it'll barely get a two count. If they used it right, a chairshot to the head now seems like a huge deal. Couple of WM's back when HHH nailed Taker with a headshot, I marked out. It doesn't happen anymore for the obvious reasons, but Taker put up the hand to protect himself. If they used a head shot like that very rarely, it would bring some of that old feeling back. Quote

In CHIKARA, gender means nothing. Everyone fights each other, regardless of gender. The same went for Daizee Haze, and it goes for Saturyne now. THIS gender hack is one that makes sense, because it's not just a silly 'this person once fought a man 10 years ago, but never again' type of thing. This caw is much more accurate BECAUSE of the hack. You don't appear to know anything about Sara, so I believe this whole tirade is a little misplaced. Quote

It's my opinion, and I think these hacks are pointless and way over-rated. Quote

You're entitled to your opinion and all, but I think what you've forgotten is the fact that wrestling is about suspending disbelief. None of us believe it's real. It's a pantomime, and what people want to create from the game is not an MMA brawl, but a representation true to what they see in their favourite promotion. For me, that's CHIKARA, and I strive to make my game as close to it as is possible. To say these hacks are pointless is just deluded, because there's a huge point to them. For you, they aren't necessary, for others, they open up the game to reality. I also have no doubt that Sara could kick the majority of male wrestlers asses. Quote
brienj Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 I also have no doubt that Sara could kick the majority of male wrestlers asses. In real-life, no, in the world of pro-wrestling, yes. As I said, it's my opinion that they are pointless, if you like them, then good for you. People constantly bug me to add gender hacks to my programs, and I just won't do it, because it's pointless. I am going to release a Universe Editor for JTAG/RGH/devkit users, that you can pit any wrestler against any other wrestler, and there is no gender hack required. You just put the two wrestlers in a match against each other, and if they are different genders, you just turn off disqualifications. Hacks that are gender hacks, and hacks that make the NPCs playable are the worst hacks possible to do to the game, because the game is not programmed to handle them, and why you shouldn't do them. Yet people never heed my warnings, and then wonder why the game has problems, and blame the problems on the developers, instead of the hacks they shouldn't be doing ... Quote
fufu ÷ Posted January 5, 2013 Author Posted January 5, 2013 I personally think that people should be able to alter what they like, so long as it doesn't affect the enjoyment of someone else in a negative way. If you're going to hack to gain an advantage online, then that's an issue, but for personal enjoyment, I think that it's a good thing to have more choice rather than none. It's just a shame that there are people out there who will choose to abuse it, and spoil things for others. Quote
