PS3 - Xbox 360 CAW Converter

Now that Brienj has updated his Editor it can now convert PS3 CAWs to Xbox 360 CAWs. So I was wondering is there going to be a topic where people upload CAS files from their PS3 save? Because Status already does one for Xbox 360 CAWs and it would be awesome if someone could do it for PS3 CAWs.

Official statement regarding an Xbox 360 to PS3 CAW converter -http://thewrestlinglegendsforum.com/silverdome/index.php?topic=10643.msg96223#msg96223

"If someone makes a PS3 editor that can import the CAW info into the PS3 save data, the SAVE.DAT file, then I could make my program go the other way and put the CAW info into the CAS.DAT file and CAS.LST file, if Stingertap10 says and admits that he can only do paint tool logos on his PS3, thanks to me and my program, but that won't do any good until somebody makes a CAW importer for PS3. On the Xbox 360, you can add all the CAS files you want, but unless the info is imported into the SaveData.dat file, the game will never read them, and it would be the same way on the PS3, you could add all the CAWs you wanted to the CAS.DAT and CAS.LST file, but unless that info is actually added to the SAVE.DAT file, the game will never read them. The sample save I have, also has a SAVE.DAT file that says it is decrypted, but it still looks encrypted to me, and I know nothing about PS3 encryption, so I couldn't even make an importer if I wanted to."

So basically it won't ever happen, because 1) nobody will make a PS3 CAW importer and 2) Stingertap10 will never be man enough to admit I am the reason he can do paint tool logos on his PS3

this is a longshot/may sound retarded but ahs anyone tried contacting the people who hacked the PS3 to be abel to run custom firmware without a dongle and get the neccesary info from them?

kim666 told me that the savedata on the PS3 is encrypted, so an importer is impossible the other way, and even though the CAW files are 3GB, they compress down to about 16MB with WinRAR, so they are easy to share. As you can see, with such a huge amount of compression possible on them, they are mostly empty space, not even used. It was really ridiculous of THQ to make the CAW files so big this year, as they don't really contain ANYTHING in them, other than a HUGE checksum to TRY and stop me from changing the Selection Pictures.

Fucking THQ >_<, but this would be sweet if a Xbox to PS3 one come to fruition..

It is mostly empty space. The CAS.DAT file is 3gb regardless of the number of caws in it. The instant one CAW is saved, the data in the save file jumps to over 3gb.
