I went to go post a CAW and when I went to go look for it, it wasn't there. Why?

When I post a CAW it always says I have to wait for confirmation. What the heck is confirmation?

The admins or whmoever is in charge of the archives have to approve the submission that's all confirmation is. Not sure how often they update the archives but it might be a little slower with the holidays right now.
