I modded my Xbox 360 a couple of years ago so I can't use Xbox Live and get the DLC or download this on community creations. So I'm really hoping that the CAS file is released soon. @Brienj I'm really looking forward to your updated CAW editor.

If you have a modded Xbox, you can get the DLC to use, if you used Google.

How? I downloaded DLC Pack 2 from Xbox 360 iso and I didn't know what to do and someone told me you need to JTAG your Xbox which I haven't done.

You said you had a modded Xbox. If you mean you can play backups, your DVD is modded, not the Xbox.

Nice! How do I get it to work? On horizon should I inject it and rehash and resign it? I don't want to do anything unless I'm absolutely sure.
