I would add in a couple of more strands around the side of the forehead if you can.

Make the hair a shade of dirty blonde.

Darken the eyebrows.

I would change the lip and try to rework them as he had feminine type of lips during his time in WCW.

But other than that, I think you have captured the face really well.
