sir-up Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Name's Sir-Up here to say! I new to the forums in every way. Gotta give a shout out to all of you here. Cause I like what I've read, and I hope to contribute. Hopefully ya'll won't mind much I don't think it should be an issue. This is the first game of the 'E' I've purchased in a very long time so a lot of stuff is new to me including a lot of recurring issues I see everyone upset about. Lack of new stuff, glitches, etc.. Anyway really into the story mode creator, I fancy myself a writer, and have been hard at work on a story for about two weeks now. Not impressed with really any create a stories I've seen online thus far with the exception of WWE Revolution which actually presents professionalism at my first glance. I'm trying to make the first episode of RAW in my story very very precise to the actual product so the dialogue is very tedious to get through at first, but I think it is coming along nicely. I’d like to present the script here and get some thoughts once I'm done. This is the best community I've seen in my humble opinion so I'm hoping to get some good feedback. Thanks in advance ,and glad to be here. Quote

sir-up Posted November 26, 2012 Author Posted November 26, 2012 E as in WWE...the E. thank you for answering that if it's tedious then you're doing a great job of capturing a real episode of Raw, don't change it. Thanks I've been debating doing edits, but when I do previews to read and go through I realize since it's text versus actual voice acting it plays a large factor. Of course my goal is to actually make the story while maybe tedious to get through actual dialogue worth reading, and the story actually captivating unlike the current WWE product. I’ve found over the years when I attempt to watch an episode (Which is very very rare occurrence!) An extremely difficult task to actually make it through an episode as the product is completely stale and insulting. I remember a few years back when I first watched an episode in quite a few years watching a scene with Ted DiBiase and Maryse an extremely daunting task. Any way only thing that would be perfect of course is loading time since getting through a promo I am only granted 12 text boxes, but of course that is something that can't be helped. I really hope THQ adds highlight reels in the future for use in story designer the possibilities would be endless, and creating a prefect story can be done if this method was already made available, and I’m quite surprised that if this is the third story designer they have not already implemented this in the series. I would think this would have been an obvious feature already. Quote
