No, hmmmm. First of all, you need a rgh or jtag xbox.

The pac files are files compressed from the game that you can open with xpacker. But for this year you need to do another thing before.

Well, with the wwe game logos from last year you can change it for another logos that you want and put it in the game, but is a litlle difficult because you need to use an hex editor too. I´m getting no luck. But every caw with real logos or face textured are using this method.
