Guest Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 (edited) Where does everyone get theirs or how do they go about making them? I'm very fussy and I want them to sound exactly like the in game ones arena effect and volume wise. Also what's the best program for burning them to CD so that they all come out the same volume. It's iTunes volume check a good idea? Edited November 7, 2012 by Guest Quote
KingWasted Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 I get most of mine off youtube and most of the time they have arena effect on them. If not, then I use audacity (which is a free download) to edit the songs. This guy has a heap of songs with arena effects. http://www.youtube.com/user/TheEnmson As for burning, I just use itunes. Seems to work and sound fine. If you want some help using audacity just ask. Quote
Schmifty Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 For themes he doesn't have or for songs you'd like to use, get a copy of Audacity: http://www.filehippo...are/multimedia/ To edit the songs, use these steps & settings: Open Audacity Choose MP3 file In “Effects”, choose “GVerb” Enter the following settings: 99.969 1.744 .851 .552 -3.08 -10.43 -3.08 If you need to edit the songs (for example songs with long intros), this link will show you how: http://www.ehow.com/...g-audacity.html Once you're finished, use the "Export" option to save the song to a folder of your choosing. To adjust the songs so they match the in game choices, get a copy of MP3Gain: http://mp3gain.sourceforge.net/ 92 or 93 dB is usually what you'll need to match the in game songs. The program has a "Help" section that will explain how to adjust the volume & then apply it to the song. Hope that helps! Quote

With MP3gain will all songs be the exact same volume after use if they're all given the 92/93dB treatment? Quote
