How do you perform catch finishers?

I've been playin' WWE 13 now every since Tuesday and been tryin' to figure out how to perform catching finishers. Does anyone know how it's done? Do you have to have a red F finisher to do it? Or can you do it from a stored white F finisher icon? It's frustrating to try because THQ didn't even include the button setups for it in their in-game manual. It just shows basic controls. Thanks to anyone who can answer it.

There are multiple ways you can do them do it when they springboard, jump off the top rope (standing or down)

The easiest way is to just keep pressing the finisher button when your opponent is in place to do a top rope or springboard move as you don't have to time it, so just keep pressing the button before they jump.

They're so easy to do, it essentially rules out going to the top rope when your opponent has a finisher, they'll get you everytime. It's a very unbalanced move.

I know I did see the "OMG" icon when the opponent is up top, but I could never time it right. Thanks guys, I'll have to give it a try
