CAWs in stories

I know you can put Stories on Community Ceations that have DLC in it [FUCKING FINALLY, they did better than my idea by making it require Fan Axxess] but what about if.. Say.. i download a Ryback CAW by HerpyDerpy777 and want to use him in a story in a feud against CM Punk. Is the story uploadable as long as the CAW has the "Content can be re-uploaded" option said to yes, or is that still a restriction like last year?

Hey man you seem to know lot about my favourite mode, I'm glad you can upload stories containing DLC now and reuploadable content, my question was tho have you been experiencening any glitches in story designer so far, specifically when you use superstar threads, last year if I made a second attire for Cena he would show up totally red like his whole face, body, everything, this year I have tried it and it seems fine but I was wondering if you or anyone had seen this problem?
