It has been confirmed that select GameStop® retailers will be issuing a midnight release for Assassin's Creed III. This means, you can get your copy for WWE '13 early at mignight on October 30, 2012 as it releases on the same day. This is only applicable for games released on the same day as the midnight release. You can find a store near you using this link.
