I finally found a way around the i can't get online with downloaded custom logos,it's where you download the logo from CC and go to paint tool and got to a new open slot go to tools and to logos go to custom logos and put the downloaded one on the open slot and boom its yours.don't call it stealling because if you don't want it to be used then don't put it online.the bad part about it is you can't put it on community creations some how it knows its downloaded.but enough of that i have made a attitude era Rock i just need to fix his hair a bit but other than that he looks good to me

If you're talking about uploading the actual caw you can. You have to do the following though before hand:

you downloaded the Rock's tattoo right

so go to your Paint tool and pick a free unused PT spot. then you go to where it says PT as an option for where you then import then previously downloaded logo into that spot through the interface. Save file. Now then going back to the original file that has the downloaded tag on it... You erase that one and then save. So then in create a superstar you just use the carbon copied PT that was created before deletion and it uploads the caws to CC. You have to remember to repeat each process for each downloaded logo you wish to have your superstar wear
