How to create a video instead of standing there just putting the camer

I haven't a clue as to what you're trying to ask by the way it's being worded but all I can say is have you tried using Highlight Reel options to try whatever it is you hoped to get done.

This for creating the video formula how to put that screen effect instead of standing there just standing there recording it it really bad i want it awesome like the goldust formula

For that you need a video capturing device. You can either buy one that gets modded into your computer, or you can buy others that connect your PS3/360 Av cables to your comp via USB. I'll link you to the different kinds as an example.

If you're just trying to create video formulas and such as Stinger posted there's a few options like that there or you can by USB port based web cams that are half decent for such as well. As for myself this is the one I have :

another idea if you're strapped for $ and can't afford to buy the suggested products and what have you that were linked above in earlier posts and keeping in mind that you have your gaming console and computer synced together by various usb port connectors and such you can always try out any one of the various open source video software downloads that are available which are completely free. Here are a few that I know of
