THQ's Senior Producer Arnaud Frey Speaks On The Next Gen

JeuxVideoMagazine.com recently attended the Press Event that was held for WWE '13 at SummerSlam Axxess and recorded an interview with THQ's Senior Producer, Arnaud Frey which you can view here.

In the interview Arnaud speaks on the next generation of consoles and reveals that they have the development kits and that work has begun on the next gen WWE games.

When asked by Romain when we would be see the first WWE game released on a next gen console, Arnaud replied, "in more than one year". Arnaud also noted that Sony and Microsoft will announce the consoles during next year's E3 event, and that he'll let them talk about the consoles' specs first before saying anything more.

So we could be seeing WWE 14 on the next xbox and playstation next year. Interesting. I wonder how big the graphical leap will be in terms of character models, I think it is about time we had some better looking long hair.
