No WWE '13 On WiiU / Vita, Era vs. Era Matches Confirmed & Mor

For anyone hoping to pick up WWE '13 on Nintendo's upcoming WiiU console, it's now been confirmed that THQ will NOT be releasing the game on the WiiU. Additionally, it was also confirmed that we wont see a WWE '13 release on the PS Vita this year.

There were no additional details or reasons revealed as to why we wont see the game feature on either console, but based on THQ's current strategy to limit it's releases to games it knows will sell well, the decision to avoid these consoles was probably taken due to the risky nature of not knowing how well the games would sell and the added cost of developing for additional consoles.

In other WWE '13 news, following the news that we can have 6 Divas on screen this year, it was confirmed that we will equally see 6 Male Superstars on screen at the same time.

Additionally, following the previous video I posted when I speculated we'll be able to play as Attitude Era stars against their Current Era counterparts (Video Here), it has now been confirmed that this is possible, so we will be able to play as Attitude Era Mark Henry vs. Current Gen Era Mark Henry or any other Superstars that feature models for both eras.

If I could have your attention please, I have just received an email from THQ...

As I was writing this article I received an email from THQ to announce they'll be attending Games Com 2012 on August 15th / 16th, which takes place in Cologne, Germany. So if you plan on attending the event there should be some WWE '13 presence on the show floor, however the roster reveal takes place a few days after the event, so there might not be too much information revealed at the show.
