Blur bypass with brienj's editor

Can someone post how to do the blur bypass with brienj's caw editor?

- Add something like a wristband to your caw and save it in game.

- Open up the caw you want to edit using BrienJ's editor and look for the logo you want to move above the blur.

- Double click the logo and change the Location dropdown menu to the wristband layer.
