Well, we know the patch won't fix this so don't get your hopes up. It seems this year the DX entrance is just glitched. If you choose their movie, it will take up the whole screen. The green graphics don't seem to be transparent this year for the reason simply given it's THQ and their horrible reviewing.

I have no idea how they could miss this along with other obvious gltiches, the testing process over at THQ/Yukes leaves a lot ot be desired.
