CRE3Duke Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 Hey everybody, I've been working with those Superstar Identity Modifier Codes for about a week now whenever I have the time, maybe 10 hrs all together so far. Anyway I have about 100 more codes to test before I'm finished with every possible address for character models. Hopefully in the next 100 codes I will find more hidden characters, instead of codes that just freeze the game. The following are what I have so far been able to find. The first set are them in HEX and the other for Action Replay 2v2 NTSC\Gameshark 2v2 NTSC. I don't know if any of yall really would want to play as them, but I had a fun time replacing everybody with Cops and choosing Stone Cold Steve Austin to kick the living hell out of them in Royal Rumble under Exhibition Mode. Well have fun, enjoy, and happy holidays. I will continue to work with my other codes and test them to see what happens, please don't rush me telling me to test them though, I'll be going in the hospital in a week from tomorrow for surgery, so when I'm done I will eventually post them here if any of them work and don't freeze the game. Later. By the way, I first posted these codes at Code X last night, I would have posted them here also, but I've been having trouble signing in here, anyway here they are sorry they are a day later. ALL HAVE BEEN TESTED AND WORK ! BUT ETRANCES MUST BE TURNED OFF OR THE GAME WILL FREEZE WHILE TRYING TO LOAD AN ETRANCE FOR THEM! THE MODELS WILL ALSO NOT LOAD BEFORE THE MATCH, BUT WILL NOT FREEZE THE GAME, THEY WILL WORK JUST FINE WHEN THE MATCH BEGINS! In HEX 3F - Quote
tokidoim Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 I was wondering where all the hardcore value testers were at. That's a whole lotta lockups. But I've got bad news...it's a 16-bit address...you'd have to try 65,279 more values AFTER FF to test every single possible value. BTW, since you're already testing, couldja try out 0100 and 0400 to see if you get one of the Rock's other attires? Just make sure your code starts with a C and not an F ( AR2/GS2V2 ) nosig Quote

Any chance of editting that thread to clarify this? Other than the fact that 115 is skipped, there isn't anything to suggest that this is 16-bit. The values list, for example, are all 8-bit, so I wouldn't have thought otherwise. BTW, Duke -- good job!! What values have you not tested yet? I plan to go through values 100 to 1FF over the next few days, but it'll be good to know what you've done so no one else reproduces your results/crashes. Quote

chinhouse Posted December 30, 2003 Posted December 30, 2003 Where is the rest of the code? I mean how do you make this work? Within the last 24 hours, Tokidoim has updated the Wrestler Mods thread with these new values. Take a look there. Quote
BigBossman Posted December 31, 2003 Posted December 31, 2003 I bet these extras have addresses. If so that means they can also be added to the season. Also if there is a way to enter them in the season, you may be able to access their move set & change their entrance from "NULL" to any of your choice. I'll see if I can find them. Great find Cre3Duke. Quote

HBKShawnMichaels Posted December 31, 2003 Posted December 31, 2003 Perhaps, if any1 can convert them 2 PAL Quote

Within the last 24 hours, Tokidoim has updated the Wrestler Mods thread with these new values. Take a look there. that post is very long could you please post a link to the page it's on To clarify, Tokidoim has updated his original post to the Wrestler Mods thread. So it's the very first post of the entire thread. With each update though, that original post just grows larger, so you'll need to read through it to find what you're looking for. To help, the Wrestler Mod offset is 114 so these instructions appear shortly after the moveset mods which ends at offset 110/111. Quote
chinhouse Posted January 1, 2004 Posted January 1, 2004 Perhaps, if any1 can convert them 2 PAL If I could be mistaken, but I'm fairly certain that you only have to worry about the region (i.e. PAL or NTSC) when you're dealing with addresses. This thread deals with values that go into an address. In other words, you're free to use the Action Replay 2v2 NTSC \Gameshark 2v2 NTSC values that were quoted above. Quote
chinhouse Posted January 1, 2004 Posted January 1, 2004 I haven't used Duke's new superstar's IDs too much. The only one I've had the chance to play with has been the "Guy in Black shirt and jeans with WWE Logo on Upper-left Chest of the Shirt", who's identifier in hex is 60. When playing as this character, I noted that I had Billy Gunn's moves. As mentioned earlier, the Average, Powerful, etc. and Moves Set "wrestlers" have IDs that range from 56 to A1. The Moves Set wrestler that has an ID of 60 is Moves Set 06 WBG -- presumably short for Wrestler Billy Gunn. So by this logic, the following new IDs will get these moves sets: Rough Neck Moves Set | 5A - Bald White Guy from The Create An Animation Feature Moves Set 01 WWR | 5B - Red Guy from The Create A Move Feature Moves Set 02 WAS | 5C - Green Guy from The Create A Move Feature Moves Set 04 WBR | 5E - Cop from Season Mode that arrests you Moves Set 05 WFA | 5F - Paramedic from Season Mode that wheels you out on stretcher, has same head as Police Officer Moves Set 06 WBG | 60 - Guy in Black shirt and jeans with WWE Logo on Upper-left Chest of the Shirt, same head as Police Officer ( not sure what he is from, probably season) Quote
