I had to quit my new job due to the person who works on my team

I got a job recently which is hard to get in the uk these days, started few weeks ago noticed the guy I was working for took the job real serious. The job was to post charity bags through post boxs but we would have to carry up to 1000 bags, in a cheap rucksack bag that would break easy. So yeah I notice guy I was working for was a bit crazy and stuff he began like phoning me up and swearing at me and shouting and threatning to beat me up. Because I posted a few bags on hes road even though we was both on same road I went over my highlited spot on the map a bit, I am clumsy with map. I alerted my team leader (who didnt give a shit about this and sides with the guy I was working with) then I told the guy I was working with that id told the team leader. The team leader told him everything I said in txt, I then got more abuse and stuff and felt awful he told me not to return to work and threatend me again. I decided to quit my job after just 2 weeks of it, got payed for what I did but Id like to say people are bullys I was told by the guy it wasnt personal but it really felt it was.

To be honest where ever you work there are bound to be dicks around it is just a matter of putting them in there place so they know you won't take any shit. Like most people who talk up a big game if you confront them they have nothing. To be honest the job you had you didn't lose out on much considering the job didn't sound that great to begin with.

Yeah it was a dead end job anyway and possibly might be ending in 3 months time, the guy I was working with was nuts though man I couldnt say anything to him thats offensive as he would probably smash my house or kill something. He has done some crazy and sick things, I honestly couldnt put up with it or the team leader and stuff they just made a fool out of me to. But now I am back on job seekers and out of pocket and on the search for a new job, im also going to be doing a sia cctv course want to get a license for cctv. I did try to like be kind and nice and professional in how I handed him and stuff but it just wouldnt work so I left.

smart phone, phonecall recorder, lawyer. problem solved. hard evidence that a) you where being bullied, and B) you talked to your superiors... job over in 3 months or not, substantial claim! in all honesty, while you shouldnt have been treated like that, you fucked up. dont let the bullys win.

At the end of the day your better off out of a job like that. One of my mates did a similar job posting takeaway flyers and he said it was really bad, especially with the weather that we're currently having. He also didnt get paid when he quit as they phoned around the street he did and one house never received a flyer.

Yeah your right, I got caught in rain showers last week and week before also you get so many rude old people coming out there house and shouting shut the gate! I got payed for what I worked for, spent the money on tickets to newcastle to see my girl a prem inn for the night haha and fight night champion on PS3 and Cm punk t shirt.

Also, I had a job like that once. Only my predicament was an insane woman. She- I swear she had a penis with her facial features, kept threatening to break into my house and rape me JUST for going to the same house she was supposed to go to [it was one of those jobs going around town and asking for donations for charity. I eventually told my boss, who asked for proof, I used an old fashion recorder, got evidence, she got fired, got paied 7 times my salery [Which comes to about $2,350] And a severance package, and then as a smack in the face, I quit. It was, like your old job, boring as all fuck. Literally walking around town for 4-1/4 hours in the blazing sun, the pouring rain, and even during a tornado warning one time, which spawned a couple tiny tornadoes to boot. But it made me a pretty penny. That's how I got this computer, my PS3, a truckload of Nintendo DS games [Not really, figuritively speaking.] and had enough left over for groceries and bills for about 2 months, some of which is still with me.

Don't askw hy we got PAID for that. The guy was SUPER nice and he was paying out of his own pocket. I don't even think he was licensed, tbh. [Do you need a license for that...?]

Wow and yeah I had a license, they actually was printing me off one with my face on and everything. The job sucked but the money was ok for me, just a shame I had a fag on my team who took it so serious and was a bully and a prick.
