PN is microsoft's private net a developers closed network anyone who has permission to use private net must sign a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) form beach of this can and in most case's will end with legal action...

people who have a devkit xbox's use PN not live.. so they have access to games, demos, DLC, and other content before it gets a public release...

As said legal action could be taken against this site for just having the in the post..

As these are now leaked all over the net and i've seen them posted on many forums including IGN which havent removed them I'd say they can stay because nobody here has actually hacked them, they've only reposted something that is all over the web now.

However I agree with Brienj about removing them from his site as the nature of the site would mean if MS were to take any legal action there would be a higher risk for him.

Back on topic, i've seen an ingame shot of Bulldogg and I thought he looked terrible.

Well, if someone allows people access to certain material, its their own stupid fault for allowing access to it. It's not hard to figure out that, in truth, no one can keep a secret, none of the non-disclosure agreements in the world will stop something like that. Interested to see some gameplay videos of these characters tho..

IOnitally, I thought these were real pictures. Like "What? Those aren't DLC, those're real." Then I looked closer, and you can tell Barrett is a 3D Model because the hair's slightly different than real life.

I've seen the in game models for Nexus and they are pretty awful they look rushed and they don't have the Nexus shirts either.

Yukes really have an awful way of doing things, for example when they create entrance attires even if it is a shirt instead of having a just a shirt to check on during the entrance etc nope they have a whole separte model for it which just seems flat out lazy when you think about it a simple t shirt with a nexus logo.

A different model is about the only way to do it. Not only are you saving system resources, but you're eliminating clipping issues. It'd definitely be the quickest and easiest way to do it, copy the original model and model a t-shirt on it. A seperate t shirt model wouldn't "fit" correctly (look at the title belts), and you'd need a different model for every member of nexus otherwise it definitely wouldn't fit them.
