I never seen the first one but my brother thought it was good and talked me into going to see the second one yesterday. For a "horror" movie it's pretty lame, the first hour was basically just watching people the family move into the new house with VERY little happening. Even when things did start happening there was really only a few things to make you jump and that was just from the loud noise of the doors and cupboards slamming. If you've seen it is the first one any better? or is it just the same? Quote

The first I watched was online and it had her stabbing him and then sitting against the bed rocking and forth for like 36 hours, second was in theaters which had her throwing the bf at the camera and running over to crouch over him and then have that message sayin "she's still loose" DUN DUN DUUNNNN. I don't remember any fucking shooting, how many endings are there to the first one? Also I heard the first couple are in second movie, ruins any "real horror" they had going for them. What pulled the first movie off was the fact that people were momentarily scared enough to believe what they were watching could be real, adding them to the second just makes even the stupidest people realize oh yea this is fiction. BBOOOOO to any horror movies since Frailty, that shit was fucking awesome. Quote
