For an 8gb 3G you'll be lucky to get $50. You can buy an iPhone 4 16gb off the Apple site for $200, a bit cheaper on eBay.

Yeah I was pretty intoxicated when I replied to this. Still I reckon you could grab one off ebay for around $600, which still makes $250 for the incredibly shit 3G model way too much.
