An update on the ol' life!

Seems like this place has actually died, I suppose it was only a matter of time before the old regular members like myself and the rest actually grew older and so inevitably away from the board. A shame really as this board, along with SD2!H were pretty important things in my youth when I loved wrestling and that... sad as it may seem when I was younger and more naive it was things like wrestling games and boards like this one that used to matter most to me.

So I have fallen away from this place for I can't even remember how long now, probably over a year. I think I joined SD2!H in Jan 2001, so thats like...over 9 years now. Bloody long time to be a member of a community board.

I am approaching my last year of uni next week with hopefully a career into journalism and the media waiting, my degree is of a pretty average level (2.1) but I am very good at writing journalistic articles so I have high hopes of a healthy career. I was granted a year long work placement for a year in a private school in Madrid of all places to teach English Language to kids over there, turns out it was a huge deal because it was where all the rich and famous in Madrid sent their kids aqnd so it was something I was very interested in but unfortunatly I've not been able to take that oppourtunity up now, which leads me to both the reason why and my next big deal...

My girlfriend, who I have been with for 4 years, is 6 months pregnant and we are expecting on the 30th December. We are having a girl, probably going to be called Bella or Evie and are, though it was unplanned, very excited. Her being pregnant led to us moving out, decorating, e.t.c. which has led to us both being extremely SKINT all the time. We got caught out on account of her taking anti-biotics and cancelling out the pill...epic fail on our contraceptive skillz.

Other than play a lot of football, bit of poker, bit of gaming (COD, Mario Galaxy 2, FIFA being my regular vices nowa days), going out on the odd occasion I have disposible income and listening to quite a bit of music and attending a few festivals I don't get up to THAT much, however I always seem busy?
