Code request and stuff

Is there a code that allows pins to be made anywhere. I have the pin always on code to use for entertainment value in Royal Rumbles but when i do hardcore matches i can only make pins in the ring. I am guessing that there is already a code like that, and if not then i am assuming it wouldn't be that hard to make. So if any one could help then i would very much appreciate it. By the way, i have a gameshark 2 version 2 NTSC.

Just set the value from 1 to 2 if you are using a CB2. If you are using a GS2 the last 2 digits of the value should be changed from 84 to 85. This will make pinfalls count anywhere. By the way changing the digits to zero or 83 (depending on what you are using) will turn pinfalls off.
