Help with codes and what divice to use.

hello im in england and i would like to know if there is any codes for weapons in Helli in a cell, someone said in another forum that you can have a tlc match in a hell in a cell match. but the thing is i dont have a cheat divice yet (im getting one tommorow) so could anyone tell me the best divice to get (the one that works better with the game) and any codes that will get me weapons in hell in a cell. as im in england i think the cheat divice is Action replay and Exploder, but im not sure.

any help with this please, i dont wanna go out tomo and buy something im not gonna use. also i wanna make sure the cheats do work. and how to use them.
