Using the All-In-One Converter:

004B6D20 00000000 into Code box

00000002 00000012 into Hex offset box (the first part is for the attribute, the second part is the value -- 12 in hex is 18 in decimal, which u then need to divide by 2)

Click on the Add Offset button

and then click on the BCA99B83 under AR2 encryption

and this gets you ...

FEB38998 BCA99B95

You must've entered the already encrypted value before doing the actual encryption. A converted Hex 94 would've given you a speed of 74 -- and 94 is pretty close to the final 95 in the actual code.
