Joe =/ Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 If you could be SUPER talented in one thing in life, what would you choose ? I think I'd pick singing personally, how about you mofos ? Being a footballer wouldn't be half bad either... Quote
jitz Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Really? Singing? Singers sing to cop roots, why wouldn't you just pick to be super talented at copping roots? In conclusion I pick - Chick Magnet. Quote

Joe =/ Posted August 25, 2009 Author Posted August 25, 2009 Easy, Footballer. Earning loads of money, a celebrity and are the girls wanting to be aspiring WAGs falling at your feet. Yeah ... the only problem with being a footballer is if you screw up, then the whole world hates you for a while. *cough* beckham *cough*. Quote
Smacktalks Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Hardly, all the english fans hated him after the '98 world cup but he more than redeemed himself for England to get us to Euro 2000, etc. As for Galaxy fans not liking him now, tough. They should realise he wants to play for his country and let him get on with it. Quote
Aero Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 he shouldnt have went to america then, stupid money hungry fucks, him and vic lookin to bush brand becham into the states, he clearly isnt too bothered playin for them when he's lookin to play for AC all the time Quote
CS Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 How long can you generally last as a footballer? If I was picking a talent sport wise I'd go for one where you can play till your in your in your late 40's, I'd go for hockey then some guys have been able to play into their 50's. Quote
phil Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Definitely would like to be an ace marksman with any type of gun. Quote
System of a Daan Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 Definitely would like to be an ace marksman with any type of gun. MONSTER KILL!!!! Quote
Smacktalks Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 he shouldnt have went to america then, stupid money hungry fucks, him and vic lookin to bush brand becham into the states, he clearly isnt too bothered playin for them when he's lookin to play for AC all the time Rubbish. If he wasn't bothered he'd leave and sign for AC. His commitment to them is obvious in the fact that he fly's all over the world in midweek for England matches and then by Saturday he is back playing for the Galaxy. He's only looking for a move back to AC when the US league is in pre-season, before then returning to play for the Galaxy. To play in the MLS, then Serie A with little to no pre-season break, play England matches and then return for the start of the MLS just goes to show his commitment, espeically when you take into account his age and that he's willing to do the same again this year AND play all summer in the World Cup. If you compare that to one of his future replacements in David Bentley, a guy who dropped out of the Under 21 Championships because he was tired and needed a rest just from playing the odd game for Blackburn the other year then Becks' commitment is obvious. P.S. I <3 David Beckham! Quote
The Don Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 David Beckham is still playing in the US? Anyways to answer your question, I'd want to be a speed reader. Just think, you could become super smart and learn most anything at the drop of a hat. Personally I'd learn all I can about law and become a kickass lawyer and put the jew lawyers to shame. Quote
Aero Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 he's NOT commited to Galaxy tho, he's commited to the money, he seems to enjoy playin in serie A, and wants to play for england, i do admire that, but my original claim still stands, he's making a fucknig fortune at galaxy and from any reports i've heard, its neither challenging nor is he performing that well, yet its a different story at milan...seriously its all Quote
Smacktalks Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 So he's committed to playing for Galaxy for the money, but not for Galaxy? He's been playing class for Galaxy, especially in the friendlies with AC and Barca, every he played he either setup a goal or scored with the exception of the last game when he got sent off for diving in two footed. Quote
Aero Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 oh, shocker, he plays well in a friendly against a team he wants to play for, he's not committed to galaxy, its just easy money for him with the talent he has. he'd be much better playing in europe all the time, stop letting the fact that you want to ride him cloud your judgement Quote
The Guest Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 He signed for Galaxy when he thought his England career was over under McLaren, and only saw the money, now he realises Capello wants him he doesn't want to be at Galaxy and would rather be away from America, hence why he was pushing for a move. I can't wait for him to sign for Notts County. Quote
