Totally starting my blog lol

Yeeeeeeah... thing is my wordpress account is now active.

I've been writing stuff intended to be like articles and opinion pieces for the past month. This is something I'd be really interested in making into a career but that's hard so this is the first step - putting them all on wordpress. Just you know, don't call it a blog.

Please go visit and see if you like it at all. I'll add a link to Smacktalks.org at a later date when I finally get round to writing my 'why I like wrestling please don't hate me' piece. That one is going to be hard work man.

I'm using you guys as a litmus test before I post the link on Facebook and begin generally pimping it. If anyone has any working knowledge of Wordpress I'd be grateful for advice seeing as I'm just muddling along right now.

As for Wordpress, it's easily the best blogging option, i've used it briefly if theres out I can help yopu with.

your layout is very harsh atm but if you are working on it then I will reserve comment. Needless to say everything is broken.

Content is good though, I read the first article and want to read more but I should be working

What colour scheme would you suggest? Changed it now, happier with it. Really wanted to keep the Watchmen panel but nothing worked with it. Still think the margins are too big but ehhhh.

I'd suggest whatever you are happy with.

But there are fundamentals. Black and white are complete opposites, direct contrast, one of the strongest contrasts you can get (if not the strongest) as a result it tires the eyes.

default skin on here isnt so bad as it uses a tinted grey to sit the black text on so it eases it a bit.

and darker sites generally seem less pro, with lighter sites feeling a bit more so. Just one of those things, depends on what you want to do. A bright white page however, is going to give headaches
